There is an old saying "health is wealth", and what you eat and how much you sleep daily is an important factor affecting an individuals health.

Due to the hectic lifestyle in many urban parts of the world, do not have regular meals, especially while travelling. Though the best time to eat, varies according to the person immediate health goals and availability of food, hunger pangs are an indication that it is time to eat. However, most offices have fixed lunch timings, so office goers have to arrange their schedule accordingly.

Ideally an adult human being should sleep for 6-8 hours daily for good health, but due to long travel times and long hours in the office, most people sleep for fewer hours on weekdays. They compensate for this sleep deficit by sleeping for longer hours on weekends. Though this may compensate for the lack of sleep on weekdays, some health problems may remain.
